Refunds Policy

We offer you seven days from receipt of delivery to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.

To qualify for this, the item(s) must be returned to us in an unused and brand new condition, including the original packaging.

We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.

We aim to process all refunds within seven days, but please allow up to a maximum of thirty days for the refund to be processed.

You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured.  You should also record the tracking number for your reference.

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it's in original condition to ensure its eligibility for a full refund. The card you used to make payment is refunded to the full amount, or if you used PayPal, we will reverse the charge with them.
